Grogu is a cute little character who quickly conquered the hearts of countless fans of the Star Wars saga ever since he first appeared in The Mandalorian series. The sculptural work in this creation, handcrafted in porcelain, is particularly outstanding for the perfect likeness of the character and for the different decorative techniques used. His face, ears and hands are decorated with liquid colors, perfect for underscoring all the details of the skin, like the little frown lines, the dimple and the shape of the ears. Pearly touches are also used for the cheeks, as well as soft stony grey and pink tones. A matte camel color was chosen for his robe, combined with off-white for the collar and sleeves. The off-white color is applied using a technique of painting and erasing that increases the effect of depth in the fabric. And, of course, a special mention is deserved for Grogu's eyes, the only detail for which glazed effects were used, with the goal of making this gaze more intense and alive.

Snoopy and Charlie Brown are famous characters created by Charles Schulz for the Peanuts comic strip and Lladró artists have now recreated them again in porcelain. Snoopy Flying Ace faithfully reproduces Snoopy in one of his fantasies as a daring pilot. It is made in satin white porcelain with a carefully chosen decoration featuring silver luster and red for his scarf.

This impressive porcelain dragon, in a limited edition of 777 units to commemorate Lladró's seven decades, is the latest addition to the Origami collection. The most majestic creature from ancient oriental culture is a universal symbol of power, fortune and good luck. Natural mineral pigments were used in the decoration, coated with a fine layer of metallic oxide to intensify the predominant red color. This tonality is further enhanced by the contrast of the golden details in the finish of the piece. Like the rest of the pieces in the Origami collection, this is a contemporary, innovative vision of the traditional Japanese art of origami, in which the geometric shapes produced by folding paper are transformed into facets with great sculptural and decorative impact.
