From serving cocktails to displaying candles, a tray is one of the most versatile pieces you can own. It keeps hosting simple by carrying everything in one trip, while also elevating the look of your coffee table, dining setup, or bar area.

Start with Your Lifestyle

Think about how you’ll use it most. If you regularly carry snacks, tea, or cocktails, choose a contemporary serving tray with handles and a sturdy base.  This is easy to lift and safe to carry, even when full.

For families or frequent hosts, larger unique serving dishes give you more room to serve without making multiple trips.

Make It Part of Your decor

Don’t tuck your tray away when it’s not in use. A luxury serving tray in marble, polished metal, or glass can sit beautifully on a matching coffee table with candles or books. A decorative round serving tray works well for displaying flowers or barware, turning a functional item into a stylish focal point.

Match Size and Style to Your Home

Pick a size that suits your routine.

• Small trays are handy for everyday use like carrying coffee to the sofa or keeping remotes on a side table.
• Larger trays are ideal for serving snacks, drinks, or multiple dishes when you’re entertaining. Match the finish to your style: sleek metal or glass trays for modern homes, and wood or lacquered options for a warmer, inviting look.

Practical Tip

If you host frequently, it’s smart to have more than one serving tray. Keep a smaller, easy-to-carry tray for daily tasks like serving tea or snacks, and reserve a larger, decorative luxury serving tray for dinner parties or holiday gatherings. This way, you’ll always have the right tray for the occasion.
