An excellent example of our artists’ mastery in sculpture, Together is a porcelain sculpture clearing evincing their consummate control of modeling the human body, volumes and balanced forms. White matte porcelain is the perfect medium to express warmth and to recreate with precision the details of the entwined bodies. Together is a work that manages to convey the connection and intimacy of two lovers, who seem to float in the air.

The 2024 annual piece is a creation with a refined silhouette, handcrafted in glazed porcelain. The sculptural treatment speaks to traditional portraits of elegant ladies. Worth underscoring is the movement conveyed by the dress and the deep graduated blue chosen for the decoration. Another notable detail that makes the creation stand out is the delicate flower the woman is holding in her hand: a rose handmade petal by petal.

This creation offers a contemporary vision of Minnie, Mickey Mouse’s sweetheart. The point of departure for the creative approach is animated cartoon techniques based on black ink drawing on a white ground. So, black is the only color used in the decoration of Minnie, together with a few touches of golden luster applied in the ribbon in her hair, her shoes and the tip of her nose. The end result is an unmistakable and charming Minnie who has swapped her usual red dress for a white dress with black polka dots rendered with utmost care and precision. The base is faceted black porcelain.

Senbanjo’s personal graphic language, which combines influences from the Yoruba culture from Nigeria with a more contemporary treatment, is coupled with the sculptural form to give rise to a singular body of work with the personal stamp of a committed artist. Rendering Senbajo’s drawing in porcelain called for outstanding work in two main areas. On one hand, the ornamentation team had to etch each one of the strokes by hand so that they could be recreated in the pieces. On the other, it required the expert hands of the decoration team to carefully paint them in black and golden luster.

Like the rest of the lamps in the collection, the decoration of this creation features metallic colors and black to contrast with the purity of white porcelain. The lamp shade is black fabric with a golden inner lining to produce a warm, elegant light.

Snoopy Dome is a lamp made using the lithophane technique in which the light, thanks to the translucency of the porcelain, brings out the pattern etched on the surface. In this case, the characters of Snoopy, his faithful friend Woodstock, and Charlie Brown appear against a painstakingly worked zig-zag frieze. This dome lamp comes with a USB-rechargeable LED module inside, with a dimmer switch to regulate the intensity of the light.

Lord Balaji, the Lord of Miracles who fulfills the wishes of all those who ask with a true heart, is etched on this dome lamp made using the lithophane technique. The magic of lithophanes is owing to the combination of the light and the translucency of porcelain. When lit inside it gives off a warm light that brings out the pattern etched on the surface. The cordless dome lamps come with a USB-rechargeable LED module inside, with a dimmer switch to regulate the intensity of the light.

The Lladró design team took its inspiration from a cute little hedgehog to create this highly original lamp. The spines covering these little animals are transformed into smooth geometric volumes that play with the light thanks to the translucent quality of the porcelain. This lamp is connected by cable and the light intensity can be regulated with the dimmer on the hedgehog's snout. Bulbs not included.

Mokuren / Lighting With Soul - Mokuren is the result of the first collaboration between Lladró and Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa, who is known for combining craftsmanship and design. For this work, Fukasawa has been inspired by the white magnolia tree, which symbolizes eternal bonds, and the striking beauty of its flowers. As the author himself says, "when I saw the flower and thought of white porcelain, its texture and qualities, I automatically composed the idea in my head." Thus, Mokuren was born, a chandelier that combines the essential ingredients of the work of the Japanese artist and Lladró: nature, craftsmanship and design. All the flowers that compose Mokuren are handmade. The warm light that filters through the translucent porcelain of its petals generates an enveloping illumination. Its structure, as complex as it is poetic, represents the branches of the magnolia tree and is made of black lacquered aluminum. Its LED lighting can be regulated in intensity. Mokuren is light itself and illuminates, it is Kogei (craftsmanship) and design.
