A shipping estimate describes dispatch timing. Transit time is additional.

Standard delivery: $99 for most items; free for eligible U.S. orders of $1,500 or more, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is to the nearest dry area, without unboxing or stairs. Estimated transit: 7–10 business days.

White Glove: $279 per delivery, subject to location and availability. Includes placement, assembly if needed, removal of large packaging and up to one flight of stairs. Estimated transit: 7–14 business days. Remote areas and additional deliveries may cost more.

Eligible return requests must be received within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Original condition and packaging are required; a 35% restocking fee plus outbound and return shipping charges applies. Non-stock and custom orders, floor samples and final-sale items are not returnable.

Open-box sales are final and follow general shipping procedures. Floor-sample delivery has separate rates: $250 standard or $350 White Glove within California; outside California, service may be available from $350 standard or $450 White Glove. Confirm a quote before ordering.
